Director of Learning & Performance
Elizabeth combines a people-centered learning lens with deep academic preparation. She holds a degree in English Language, a Master’s in Administration of Educational Institutions, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Learning Systems and Environments at the University of Guadalajara, México. With over 20 years in the field, she has partnered with leading organizations across industries—including Fortune 500 companies—bringing a strong commitment to continuous learning and practical, outcome-driven development.
Outside of her work, Elizabeth enjoys sports—especially basketball—where she’s developed critical skills such as teamwork, leadership, and resilience. She values early mornings for exercise and sunrise views, and she’s energized by learning new things and helping others grow.
